On Saturday 10th November between 10am and 5pm I will be at Cardiff MADE gallery and cafe on Lochaber street in Roath offering seated taster sessions. This is going to be a great day with reiki, indian head massage,reflexology, alexander technique, yoga and indian astrology tasters on offer too. We have a nutritionist giving a talk on healthy guts and a talk about family constellations.
You can buy tickets through Cardiff MADE 02920473373 for this event and receive a discount on sessions and a free juice or you can drop in on the day and sign up for tasters and pay as you go. I will have more info on the day soon but it promises to be a great way to treat yourself as we head into winter, meet some new friends, catch up with some old ones and share some nourishing time. I cant wait!!
